Print off the entry form, this year you only have to fill in one entry from for the entire series. Please give us as many contact details as possible, we need an email address for every entry, it's the easiest way to be kept up to date with series developments. You can fill the form in on your computer, you can type directly onto the form or print it off and use you neatest hand writing so we can get your details correct. We want to be able to contact you if we have to and of course make sure your name is spelt correctly in the race results and entry lists etc. Please make sure you supply as much contact information as possible, a mobile number and email address are absolutely vital, if we have to postpone a race you’ll be annoyed if we don’t contact you. We will also email you with news and any updates as the series progress’s. Before each round we will post you race details and directions.
Your ACU licence. Read the licence notes and FAQs before you start filling anything in, it will make it easier for you. For 2008 an annual ACU licence is £43.00, this is the same price as any other ACU licence. Fill in the required sections, read it carefully and make sure you haven't missed anything, we don't want to have to return it to you because you forgot to sign part of it. Enclose your payment of £43.00, with a cheque made payable to the "ACU ltd" and post in with your completed entry forms and race fees (race fees on a separate cheque made payable to "MINI4GB") It is possible to race on a day licence from the ACU, these cost £10.00 per event. Tick the "National Minibike" in section 6 of the licence form, its on the bottom right hand of section 6 in a section titled “Motocross and beachcross”. You must be minium age of 15 at the first race date to enter the MINI4GB race series. If you already have a 2008 ACU competition licence then you need not apply for another, just make sure you fill in your licence number in the relevant section. This is an ACU licence that will cover you for most ACU motorcycle disciplines, so you can go and race enduro or motocrss events held under the ACU all year long. The ACU licence is NOT £20.00 his year, that was an introductory offer last year for minibike racers. The ACU is here to support motorcycle sport and to keep us all riding.
Make sure all your details are correct, signatures in the relevant places (make sure your cheques are signed too!!!) and post your entry froms / licence applications to Mini4GB, 3 The Old Courthouse, Tenterden St, Bury, BL9 0AL, If you are unsure on how to fill part of the from in then you can email us... entries@mini4gb.com - we will answer any queries you may have here. First you might like to check the entry FAQ's below, they may well answer any questions you have. Once your entries have been received we will process the info and you will receive notification by email or post, so don't forget to give us your email address. Please don't leave your entries to the last minute as you may well be disappointed. There may be some entries available on the day but judging by the initial response, this will be unlikely after the success of the 2007 season.

"MINI4GB, by riders, for riders"
This little guide should help you filling in your ACU licence application. We will start a section 1 and work our way through.
Section 1 - Passport sized photo. You need to attach one recent passport photo of yourself. You are allowed to smile unlike in your passport photo but please avoid wearing wigs and comedy glasses. We need to use these as ID when you sign on race day.
Section 2 - Your Details. Fill this in neatly in block capitals, please include all the contact details and fill in the section beneath that asks if you have previously held an ACU licence.
Section 3 - Read through questions 1 to 12 and tick the relevant YES or NO boxes. If you tick yes to any of the 12 questions, then you will need to give information in the space provided.
Section 4 - Read the top 7 questions of section 4, if you answer NO to all of the questions then there is no need to carry on with the eyesight report. This will be the case for most applicants.
Section 5 - Read the top 4 questions of this section, if you tick NO in all of them then there is no need to fill this in, again, most applicant will not need to fill this section in detail.
Section 6 - What category do I need. Simple, look down to the bottom left of the form and you will see the very bottom box is titled "Motocross and Beachcross" - there is a line for "National Minibike", tick that box.
Section 7 - Payment. You need to attach a cheque to your application for £43.00 made payable to "ACU ltd" along with your attached passport photo.
Section 8 - You need to read all of these questions and tick the relevant boxes. On the final page 6, midway there is a white box that asks about "Name of club and officials signature. The name of the "club" or promoter in this case is "MINI4GB". We will sign this section. Finally make sure you sign the declaration at the bottom of the page.
Fill in all 6 entry forms, sign them, enclose payment of £210.00 by cheque made payable to MINI4GB
No, in a word. We need to have payment for the rounds you are going to race before allocating you an entry. The race classes will fill up very quickly this year and if you are too slow to enter you may well miss out. We can only accommodate so many riders and races in a day.
Numbers 1 through to 10 will be given to the riders that finished in the top 10 overall positions last year, this is so people spectating etc can see who last years top 10 riders were. i.e. Toby Souchotte will be number 1 in Superstock Midsize for 2008, its up to you to take that number of him for 2009!
We will give you any race number you choose provided you are signing up for the whole series and as long as it is between 11 and and 99. If you are entering 1 round at a time, then you will be able to choose a number on the day from what is still available. Your number plate is part of the scruitineering process, your number plate must match your entry to pass scruitineering. 2 digit numbers only, they need to be clear for lap scoring and must be a minimum of 80mm high.
See above, the riders who completed the series last year and finished in the top 10, earnt the right to run the number 1 plate through to number 10.
Lap scoring, the number plates are tiny to start with, by putting 3 number on will just make things too hard for the lap scorers to score, so 99 is the maximum you can go up to. A few people did not read this section last year and had backgrounds and shirts printed with 3 digit numbers, its here in black and white, no exceptions will be made. Numbers will be checked at scruitineering, if it is not clear and easily readable, your bike will fail scruitineering
So you want to be part of Europe's premiers minibike race series, so now you need to print off some forms, fill in your details and send them to us with your payment - Simple.
Hopefully this should help answer any questions you may have, read through them and if you are still not sure, email us - entries@mini4gb.com
